Live with Friends
The great thing about our houses is that you can choose who you live with, so if a few of you are off on your student adventures this year, why not share a student house? This means that instead of spending money going out, you can stay in, put a movie on and order a pizza. Much cheaper than a night out on the town and much easier on the bank account.
Don’t worry thought, because we also offer single rooms to let if you are a solo student. Even if you have finished your degree and still need a house, we may still be able to help.
No Summer Retainer
We have 48-week contracts with no summer retainer, which saves money on otherwise expensive 52-week contracts. Many students go home for summer, so this makes perfect sense!

Student Housing Lancaster understand that different students have different types of income at different times. That’s why we make our rent payments easy- you can pay monthly, termly or in one or two instalments, so it’s easier for you to budget. You can also pay by standing order, online or bank transfer, or pop in with your debit card. Whatever’s easier for you!
Home Comforts
Unlike many on-campus or purpose-built accommodation, our houses are homes. They are comfortable and homely and have the essentials you need- even a washing machine. There’s no need to make a weekly trip to the laundrette, which also saves you money!
You will feel super cosy in your student home, ready to take on the studying. Your home will be so snug and inviting that you won’t even want to go out, saving you even more money.
