There is also a Booth's supermarket within easy reach; around 10 minutes on foot and the street itself is less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. The University of Cumbria is a short 2-minute walk and the house also benefits from proximity to the main bus route for Lancaster University, with the bus stop at the end of the street, the buses arriving every 5-10 minutes
